Completing a Living Trust & Pricing :: Pricing: Our current pricing structure is as follows:

• $699 Living Trust
• ($499 for complete review & update of a previous trust completed through our office)
• $26 Material & Copying
• $5 Each Notarized Signature
• $50 For Preparation of each real property deed (necessary to properly transferring title to your living trust)
• Fees for preparation for recording for California deeds is $25 each
• Preparation for recording of Out of State Real Property Deeds vary (average $30-$100 per deed)

Our living trust package includes:
Meeting with an Attorney, preparation of Living Trust, “Pour-Over” Wills, Master Transfer, Form Durable Power of Attorney for Finances, Advanced Health Directive Form (Living Will), Guardianship (if needed), transfer of real estate property. For married couples, included in the price is the option of a community property agreement (overrides Joint Tenancy) and the option of an A/B/ & or C Trust (Bypass/Exemption Trust & Marital Q-TIP Trust), and Q-DOT trust (applicable for Non-Citizen surviving spouses).
